The groundbreaking E-Res Salud program, initiated by Madrid’s renowned university hospitals (Fundación Jiménez Díaz, Rey Juan Carlos, Infanta Elena, and General de Villalba), has been at the forefront of this transformation.🔝🧑🏻‍⚕️

📈 Three years and a half post-launch, PARTICIPATION data, user SATISFACTION, and the wealth of collected information validate the project’s resounding success. This achievement is substantiated by a recent article published in “NEJM Catalyst.” (link) 

🤳 Over 18,600 patients from these four hospitals have actively engaged with E-Res Salud, responding to tailored questionnaires via the Patient Portal. This has catalyzed the digital health strategy, with over 80% of them registered in 2022. The initiative has garnered overwhelmingly positive feedback from users. 👍 

📊 E-Res Salud database empowers clinical professionals and managers to make INFORMED DECISIONS based on patient-reported information, aligning care WITH WHAT TRULY MATTERS to patients, setting OBJECTIVES, allocating resources, and PRIORITIZING improvements in specific areas. The program also provides patients with UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION and MEDICAL ADVICE, enhances BIDIRECTIONAL communication with healthcare providers, and facilitates symptom management. 👏🏻👨🏻‍⚕️
