Therefore, reducing the \u26a1\ufe0fACTIVATION ENERGY\u26a1\ufe0f involved in a task much less energy to sustain it as a habit.<\/p>\n<p>Have you ever procrastinated doing something for days or weeks only to eventually get around to doing it \ud83d\ude22, and realizing it wasn\u2019t so bad after all?
